Word 2007 - repeating header rows

How to can I define a specific row to the be header row. If check header
row it applies it to entire table, uncheck it, and select just the row I want
as the header row, doesn't allow me to select repeat header rows, greyed out
in the layout tab
Only get access to that repeat header row, when I have it header row checked
off, but it only works for the first row of the table.

Can I define a different row instead of the first row to be the header row.
How do I get access to repeat that row.

You can have more than one heading row, but they have to be contiguous and
at the top of the table.

By putting a checkmark the box on the table design tab (far left), just
tells Word to use the header row table style options for a particular table.
To designate a row or rows as header rows, click repeat header rows icon in
the data group of the table layout tab (far right).
