2003 Publisher Printing problem

Hi all,

I recently printed out about 32 christmas cards I laid out in Publisher 2003
on my Canon iP6000D printer. No problem. Then I had to go back and print
another 4 (to give to my in-laws), but 24 hours later I am getting an error
message saying:

"Publisher cannot print this publication. To print composite CMYK or
separations, you must use a printer driver that is set to output PostScript
language level 2 or later"

Then it goes on to define:

-This error message appears when Publisher is unable to print separations or
composite CMYK. There are several possible reasons why this error message may
appear:
--The printer and the printer driver program installed on your computer both
support PostScript language level 2 (or later), but the printer driver is set
to PostScript language level 1.
--The printer supports at least PostScript language level 2, but the printer
driver intalled on your computer supports only PostScript language level 1.
Both the printer and the printer driver support only PostScript language
level 1.
--The printer is a non-PostScript printer.

-Some printing features in Publisher 2003 will work only when you print to a
PostScript output device using PostScript level 2 or later. The printer
drivers that you set up in the Add Printer Wizard come from the manufacturer
of your printer or imagesetter. In some cases, printing device manufacturers
set the default language level support for printer drivers to PostScript
level 1, even when the actual print output device can support PostScript
level 2 or level 3.
-If you know that your print output device supports PostScript level 2 or
later, and you have encountered this error message, you may need to manually
change the settings for your printer driver to PostScript level 2 or later."

Okay, (I think) I'll just go to Canon and download new drivers. I
uninstalled the printer and re-installed it with the new drivers. Yet I am
still getting the error message.

I need to get the cards out to get to my father and mother in-law by
tomorrow if it is to be there by Christmas.

Please help!

Did you look at the Tools, Commercial Printing settings? Is *Any color (RGB) -
Best for desktop printers" ticked?
