You would have to apply sheet protection to do that.
Select the *entire* sheet Goto the menu FormatCellsProtection tab Uncheck LockedOK Now, select the cell with the formula that you want to hide Goto the menu FormatCellsProtection tab Select HiddenOK Now you have to apply sheet protection for the formula to be hidden Goto the menu ToolsProtectionProtect sheet Depending on what version of Excel you're using there are various options you can apply when protecting the sheet. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Diana" wrote in message ...
