Default Default New Document - Word 2007

When I do Cntrl N to create a new document, I'm getting a "special paper"
stationery instead of a blank page. How can I make a blank page my "default"
new page?

This is a particular case of getting something other than the default (text,
formatting, etc.) in the Normal.dotm template. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm for steps to remove
it.
