SUMIF (SUMPRODUCT?) with two arguments

Something like this should work ok
In M3: =SUMPRODUCT(($A$3:$A$100=L3)*($B$3:$B$100="Tom"),$ C$3:$C$100)
Real dates are assumed in col A and in L3, real numbers assumed in col C
voila? hit YES below
