Default Portrait & Landscape Printing

I'm trying to print portrait and landscape in the same
document. When I do this, it automatically puts in
section breaks and a "blank" page comes up. How can I get
rid of the blank page?

Dottie,

In your document, place your cursor after the section break. Go to
FilePage SetupLayout. In the "Section start" dropdown, select "New page".

Regards,
Chad

Chad, that doesn't seem to correct my problem. I still
have a blank page - jumps from 3/10 to 5/10. Any other
ideas?

If you put your cursor on page 5/10, and go to FilePage SetupLayout, is
the "Section start" set to "Odd page"? If so, you may have been in the
wrong section when you tried my suggestion. Change it now and it should be
fixed. If not, then I'm afraid I can't help.

Chad

Thanks, Chad. That worked. Guess I've just got a hard
head after a week's vacation.

Not at all. My original reply was ambiguous, since I said "put your cursor
after the section break" (as in singular), but you had already stated that
there were section breaks (as in more than one) in your document. And
honestly, who wants to spar with MS Word after vacaction?
