Default Months have changed - upper left corner

Sorry, that is Outlook 2007. Someone with 2003 will need to assist.

Sounds like View, "To Do Bar", Options, Date navigator are set to
"unchecked", 3 and 2 respectively.

We looked - we have the same version of Outlook and the same view.
I am stumped.

One has one calendar showing in the top left. One has three calendars going
down vertically. One has two vertically. Now all of us are wondering how to
change this.

Are you all using the same version of Outlook and all using the exact same
view?

Right-click the TaskPad's header line, choose Customize Current View, click
Other Settings, and check the box labeled "Show 'new item' row".

Brian, I tried "Right-click the TaskPad's header line, choose Customize
Current View, click Other Settings, and check the box labeled "Show 'new
item' row"
and nothing changed at all.

Any other suggestions please?

Was that option already selected?

It wasn't. So I selected it, nothing seemed to have changed when I looked,
then I un-selected it.

Unchecking definitely will suppress the New Task line. It must be checked.

Can you post a screen show to
http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook%20Scr...%20images.aspx
and post the URL here?

Oh, now I see what you are talking about.

As I don't use TaskPad I wasn't familiar enough to know what I should have
been looking for. I didn't even know TaskPad existed until I had this
thumbnail calendar problem and was looking for the solution to that online.

I have checkmarked Show "New Item" Row and re-closed TaskPad.

I can post screen shots but it won't be any different than what is normally
in the navigation pane - thumbnail calendars on top, then My Calendars, Other
Calendars, the buttons at the bottom (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes,
Folder List, Shortcuts, and Configure Buttons).

Did you right click on the row of field names in the taskpad and choose
customize, then other settings?

(please include the entire thread in the replies so everyone knows what was
suggested and what you tried)

I did what I was asked to do: "Right-click the TaskPad's header line, choose
Customize
Current View, click Other Settings, and check the box labeled "Show 'new
item' row"

As I am not familiar with TaskPad I don't know what "row of field names" is.

Ok, when I log into another computer I get the normal one thumbnail calendar.
So am assuming my outlook profile, or user profile on my computer needs to be
rebuilt.
