Default Delete only specific fill colored rows?

I'm working to close out our last fiscal year numbers. From July 2007
- June 2008 we've used the light yellow fill for the payment rows and
no fill for the billing. I've now imported the complete payment
history for the year that has a light blue color fill. Not every name
was billed or paid, so now I have alternating no fill/light yellow/
light blue rows, but they aren't symmetrical, so I can't simply delete
duplicates.

Is there a way for Excel to recognize rows by fill color and then tell
it to delete just those rows?

Chip and Bob have written some functions that may be useful. You could
probably identify the fill color in a helper column, then filter on the
helper column and delete the desired rows.
