Count the number of occurennces of Zip Code
Access 2000
I have a query on a table which has 5 Zip Codes. I want to design a report which Counts the number of occurrences of each Zip Code. I have followed the Grouping thread and somehow nothing seems to apply. Can anyone help? -- Glenn T. Dulmage 207 Valley Road Chestertown MD 21620 410-778-5166

Create a query that includes the zipcode field twice. Click on the sigma
(looks like E) button on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Under ONE of the zipcodes, change Group By to Count.
