Default downgrading from 2003 to 2000

I had to remove Office 2003 from an XP Pro workstation and install Office
2000. Since then the user's Outlook has issues with trying to view email on
the Exchange 5.5 server. When the user tries to print an email message in
Outlook, its says "ITEM CANNOT BE FOUND". this is for every message,
attachment or not. I removed 2003 thru the control panel option of remove
software.

thx in advance..

Have you created a new mail profile for that user?
