Default Printing calendar name in header?

I often print multiple public calendars and having problems separating them.
Is it possible to print the calendar name in the header somehow? The only
alternatives availible are [Page][Pages][Date][Time][User]...

Not within Outlook's calendar print options. See
http://slipstick.me/calprint for utilities that will allow you to use the
calendar names.

It works here - rolls over to the page at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp

The other utilities are very different from the CPA. While many sites list a
few of the utilities that pay the site a cut when someone buys the utility,
slipstick.com is the only one I know of that lists all utilities, free or
for sale, with or without a payment relationship.
