Default Archive email?

Outlook 2007
I realize that you can save individual Outlook emails in a text format. Is
there a way to archive email en mass in a format other than Outlook for
future reference without needing Outlook to view them?

Thanks... Bob

Now within outlook. There are 3rd party tools available. If you own newer
versions of Adobe Acrobat you can use it's Package, otherwise see
