It's possible there is a message "stuck" in your Outbox. Go there and see.
If that's the problem, the quickest fix is to shut down Outlook Express, and
do a file search for Outbox.dbx and delete it. Outlook Express will create
a new and uncorrupted one for you on next startup.

When clicking on the send and receive button i get the following message:

"An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No,
Error Number: 0x800C012F"

I cannot find a reference to this error anywhere on the net. My e-mail was
working fine till last night and hasn't been working since.

Any ideas? Is it an error with my ISP or Outlook?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated

J
