Default Meeting request to one person being duplicated to 4 unspecified users

System is a 20 user network utilising SBS2000 server.
When anyone sends a meeting request to one particular user, 4 others
receive the same request within Outlook 2000. It is always the same 4
that receive the meeting requests.
I can't determine how and why they are receiving these invites, only
the one invitee should.
I have made sure this one recipient does not have any inbox rules
defined.

Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

Kind regards,
Tony

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, TonyK asked:
