Default How to sort duplicates?

Hi,
I have a Year to Date summary sheet with a long list of 18 digit barcodes in
column F that increases weekly as data is sourced from our staffs individual
weekly files. I want to be able to set up column H so that when the staff
member accesses the Year to Date file and pastes in their latest weeks
barcodes to column G, column H checks these against column F and puts any
duplicated barcodes to the top of the list. Is this possible??
