1 OTT Supplier availability 2 10-Nov BT 9-Nov 3 10-Nov CD 9-Nov 4 11-Nov BT 16-Nov 5 9-Nov AX 18-Nov 6 9-Nov BT 9-Nov On the above example , using CONDITIONAL FORMATTING I need to mark the cells in OTT column(A) where Supplier Column (B) = "BT" and A-C =3 |

Use the And function to achieve what you want:
