cant get curser to top of page
when I start word the curser is always at the bottom and cant get it to the
top by backspace or using mouse. Have to forward to 2nd page and start document. Cant find it on help ans very frustrating. help |

Rename normal.dot to normal.bad and test again.

In Word 2007, click on the Page Layout tab, click on the little
arrow at the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group, click on the Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK. If you are prompted to save changes to your Normal.dotm global template, say yes. In Word 2002 or 2003, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK.
