Default Win 2k issue

ok. First when I tyr to open my C drive I get this Application Error. -
Explorer. EXE - Application error.
The instruction at "0x027c34c2" referenceed Memory at 0x00000000". the
memory could not be "read". this does not allways pop up but i would say 80%
of the time it does.
As for the Office 2000. I am going to try to remove it completly then re
instal it. If thei doesn't work i Will put another post with error message
on. but If you could help with this one i would be greatful.
