Default how do i make a footer in Publisher - "Page 1 of 10"

I am new to Publisher, but in the other Microsoft software I can show in the
footer both the current page number and the total number of pages in the
document. Can I do this in Publisher and how do I do it.

Thanks

Sharyn

Mary, your explanation is unclear to me. By "xxx" do you mean to insert the
actual number of pages? Can't Publisher count and insert the total number of
pages?

Thanks

Yes, type the actual number of pages. Publisher can't count. If at the end you
insert more pages it is simple enough to change the number of pages.
