Default Attaching picture (sizing)

Hello. I have a form with an embedded picture. All is well. But I'm curious
how to best size the picture so that downloads from a digital camera will
fit. Sometimes the digital pictures are huge (probably a user issue on the
camera side) and don't fit in the embedded picture space. And sometimes the
picture isn't huge, but doesn't show the part of the picture I want to see.

I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
