There are many photo viewers and graphics editors, for fee and for free.
However this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access database software (until
Microsoft stops supporting it in a few days, June 1) and isn't a good place
to find an answer. My suggestion is to get yourself a news server and
search for a USENET newsgroup covering images, or, even better, use Bing or
Google to search for "graphics software" or "image software" or variations
on those names.
