Default Mail Merge 2 different bits of information

Hello , whilst I can do mail merge from my Access data base into a Word document I can’t find any way to do the following. I have an access database which holds Names and Birthdays dates by Month. I am trying to produce a letter so that at the start is will say… Dear surname of person which I can already do OK, but then later in the letter I was to be able to say.. Congratulations, you will be age this month…

Is there any way to be able to do this If I add the ADDRESS again in the “AGE” position and un-tick the Surname and Title in MATCH and select Age in one of the other fields Surname not does appear in the header Dear surname of person

Or in other words, you cannot place the ADDRESS in 2 different places on the same word document and select different things

Thanks in advance

John
