Default Auto Date/Time Stamp for Contacts

I have a large number of contacts that are constantly being updated. Typically the e-mail address remain the same but other contact and address info is changed. When a contact is updated it would be nice to get the date/time to appear in a column of the ContactsViewCurrent VIew Listing.

How can this be automated to remove the human abuser interface. i.e. when the contact data is entered or updated, the date field in autoamtically set.

Thanks

Use Field Chooser to add the "Modified" field to this view.

Sometimes the most obvious is obscured. Next time I will scroll through all the field names. Thanks for the assistance
