Default External Data Window in Customize Commands

Visio 2007 SP2
Windows XP SP3

I want to place an icon for External Data Window in the toolbar. I open
Customize Commands, look at View, but see no icon for External Data Window.
Where is it?

Thanks in advance.

For some reason the external data windows is not one of the options. It only
appears when you select the built-in menus. I am not sure if this is by
design or not.

There isn't any toolbar icon for displaying the External Data Window at all
in Visio. It is only a menu command. Even the 'Data' toolbar does not
include a way to show the window.
