Default Getting an Error detection

Cannot open my outlook. Error comes up " Cannot start Microsoft Office
outlook.
or Outlook window. Errors detected in file
c:\users\adriana\appdata\local\mircrosft\outlook\o utlook.pst.

Quit outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox
repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For
more info about the Inbox repair tool, see help.

HOW DO GET TO INBOX REPAIR TOOL IF I CAN'T OPEN IT? "SEE HELP"? HERE?

Also, I just got an iphone and I had it syncing with outlook but I removed
that so I don't know what's happening.

ScanPST.EXE is the Inbox repair tool which runs outside of Outlook, so you
don't need to start Outlook.
