Can a publisher booklet page be moved to another booklet?
I posted a question a few days ago about page 1 of a booklet that was
printing mostly on the 4th page. An answer was that it was possibly in landscape. A booklet is printed in landscape so that didn't really help. I don't know how to move the information back to the first page. So, my solution had to be to start a new booklet and move all of the original first page (individual frames) to the new first page. Now I need to know if it is possible to move entire pages from one booklet to another? I would just transfer the page to the new booklet. This booklet is a directory that has individual pictures and text boxes in it. Also, it is 14 pages and when I printed it out, the 8th and 9th pages (middle of booklet) were blank, but when I click on pages 8 and 9 in the sort pages, they appear. Can anyone help me to solve these problems. I've spent a LOT of time trying to set this up. I have used Publisher quite a lot, and have never had such problems. Thank you. |

You do this on the bottom where the page order is displayed. To transfer page to new booklet; in old booklet select all the items on that page, then Group them, then right click Copy and Paste into your new booklet. | | Also, it is 14 pages and when I printed it out, the 8th and 9th pages | (middle of booklet) were blank, but when I click on pages 8 and 9 in the sort | pages, they appear. Booklet pages would be 12 or 16 as there are 4 pages to a sheet. Not sure what you are asking here. | | Thank you. |

Booklets can only be in multiples of 4 pages, as there are 2 pages on each side of a sheet. If you added pages you would have been reminded that this is the rule and if you chose to ignore that then Pub will put in 2 pages anyway to make 16. -- John G. |
