Default Comments boxes and grid lines

I have recently uploaded a workbook to my website. The spreadsheet has comment boxes that haven't appeared online, I spotted a couple of faded boxes that do open up, but they are in the wrong place? also the grid didn't upload either i'm not sure whether it is supposed to or not? can someone help with either of these queries?

Thanks

Default Comments boxes and grid lines

Hi Andy,
HTML will show borders but your gridlines will be ignored
even if you have checked Print gridlines on your setup, sheets
it has nothing to do with HTML, sorry.

Comment boxes will not appear in HTML either. If you were doing
your own conversion, the closest I can think of would be to have
a real hyperlink and to assign a Title="my comments" which would
appear momentarily as a ToolTip. But I don't think there is anything
you can do along those lines as Save As HTML in Excel.
Examples of what you get with title can be seen at the top of my
Search page (see signature line) by passing cursor over any of
to quick links on the top line after the heading..

What you can do is run a macro to create another worksheet that
has the address on the original sheet, the value and text value.
You will find several examples on
