Default Office 2003 Colors

I prefer the standard color pallet from Office 2003. All of my spreadsheets
are based upon that color pallet. Is there any way to make the Office 2003
color pallet the default pallet when using Office 2007?

Because you used the term "spreadsheet" I will assume you are talking about
Excel.
