How do i type words on the page with the picture i want?

I have posted a picture on office picture manager, how to i add text to the
picture and around the picture?

Picture manager is NOT a picture editing program that will allow you to do
what you want to do.

If you want to add words to or around a picture you can do so in other
Office programs and do a SaveAs (with a new name) as an image file
(PowerPoint is the easiest to do this in my opinion.)

Or, you can download and install a true image editing program that can place
text on a picture. Around is another story however. Many here recommend
the free software package irfanview that can be Googled for and downloaded
from a reputable site. http://www.irfanview.com/

Publisher would be ideal for that task.
