Default installing pop3 and outlook express on an intranet

I have installed pop3 service and defined a domain. I have entered the
domain into outlook under servers. Now, I keep getting the error, unable to
connect to server. Any ideas??

See Help, about - what version of Outlook?

If Outlook Express, that's a different program. If the pop3 service is on a
windows service, the problem may be with its configuration - you'll need to
check with server experts for that.
