Publisher 2003 printing missing
At my school my students are creating newsletters. On random lines...on each
student's printout...there are partial lines printed. Some titles don't print. Students have tried changing the size of the font, the font itself, the size of the text boxes, etc. We are always missing partial lines. It is a different place on each paper and it happens on different printers. Any suggestions? |

Try making a PDF (using PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com if you don't have a PDF-creating program). Do the blank lines appear in the PDF? Does this happen when printing from other programs? -- Ed Bennett - MVP Microsoft Publisher http://ed.mvps.org |

Thanks for the Reply. This does not happen with any other programs that we
have used. It happens on printers in two different labs. Now, today, when students printed here is what happened. 2 students used the same template for a newsletter. Both of their copies came out perfect. The other students, that used all various newletter templates each had partial lines missing. It is not always in the same place on the document. Would it have anything to do with the textboxes that are already in certain templates? Very frustrating. Also, we do not have any PDF converters on our computers to try your suggestion.
