Conditional Formatting in ACCESS??
I have a data base that lists clients names etc. I have one field in each
record that makes these clients Active=A or Inactive=I. I would like to change the entire record background to yellow if =I. Is this possible. Tx Mike |

Select the textboxes or the background of the form and select Format... Conditional Formatting from the menu. Use a condition [Fieldname] = "I" and set the color as desired. John W.
