Default restore orignal communication settings on outlook connector

I received a message in Outook to upgrade my Outlook Connector. When i tried
to do that - it would not let me - and then everything I tried failed. In
short, my original communications were via a road runner account. In other
words, when I clicked into outlook it went thru the RR server and then it
opened my msn account. I am a dinosauer and have no clue how these
accounts/communications were set up. Basically, I want to access both my RR
& MSN accounts via the RR network. Can anyone help me restore my original
connections?
