Default how to get weekly data from days

I have four columns as follow:
Day Product Planned,qty Actual,qty
5/1/2005 NNN 150 130
5/1/2005 SSS 1000 990
.......

It's not a problem to show the sum of planned and actual (with or without
product) for any specific period. But, how could I show sum of planned qty
and sum of actual qty by weekly for the period of year or two. I don't need
to show products.
So, it should be
Week Planned,qty Actual,qty
.....

Thanks
