Default OE Error # 0x800CCC69 - won't send

I recently lost the ability to send email. I can receive
just fine. My ISP can't find anything not set up
correctly. The error code is described
as "SMTP_550_MAILBOX_NOT_FOUND." What does it mean and
what can I do? Thanks.

Norman, thanks for your reply. Here is the entire error
message, which shows up every time I try to send:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Mom's E-mail',
Server: 'mail.owc.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 Limit exceeded Found 216.126.128.53 in
orbs recent cache, action (deny)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

Does that give you anything more to go on? It seems to
wierd that it will download messages just fine, but will
not send. Thanks.

What does the complete error message look like? Did you

pull that from a
bounce? Or was it from a failed connection to the SMTP

server? That is not
really enough to go on. It could be a relay issue, or a

bad email address.
