Default Business Contact History contains ALL emails

I have used Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager
for the last several months. Just recently ALL emails
and other activity are showing up under the 'Business
Contact History' of every contact in my address book
instead of just showing the items that relate to that
particular contact. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Thanks!

You are experiencing forms cache corruption. Go to Tools, Options. Click the
Other tab. Click Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms, Clear Cache.
Click Close and OK until you're back to Outlook.
