Access Tables
I have created several tables. Some have "approved forms"
for various years starting with the year 2001 - 2004. The other contains "pending approval forms" for these years 2001 - 2004". I need to know how I can relate this one table with the "Pending Approval forms" to the several tables with "Approved forms", such that when I enter the date of approval in the pending ones it corresponds with the approved table. The details in these tables a Field, Name of Project, Supplier, Invoice Number, VAT Amount, DA1 Number, Applied on, Apprved On, Applied By and lastly AT/IN. |

Access Tables
Why are you using different tables if the fields are the same? You could just have a status field for the approval and the data would be easier to compare. Otherwise, you could append the records into the same (temporary) table by using append queries with the date criteria and then report off the temp table.
