Default stop meeting forwarding

How can I set a meeting and not allow any of the participants to forward to
meeting to another party?

Don't sent them an invitation is the only way.

Default stop meeting forwarding

You can't, but depending on your exchange server version and the
configuration, you'll be notified when they do - maybe after a few 'why did
you forward the meeting without asking my permission?' they'll stop.
