Hide private appointments in Calendar Printing Assistant
Is there a way to hide my private appointments on a group calendar? Even if
I have them marked private, if I am the one printing a group calendar usingCalendar Printing Assistant it shows the details of my private appointments. I created an Outlook view to hide private apointments creating a filter. Sensivity does not equal Private. It works beautiful in the Outlook but when I pull the calendar into CPA, The private appointment details appear. Suggestions please!
