Printing
How can you print the monthly calendar so it wraps text like in Outlook 2003?
Also my monthly view has 6 weeks per A4 page!! So the space per day is significantly reduced and it makes printing the monthly calendar pointless! Please help. I need this for my business. The calender printing assistant uses 6 pages to print what I used to get on one A4 page with OL 2003 and there are no colour categories. At least I can print the "7 day week view" ie dual column six box weekly calendar although I can no longer have it as my preferred weekly view within outlook. Please change this in the next version of outlook. thank you Joanna |

the two column week view will not be back, it doesn't work with the
overlays. August covers 6 weeks, so its probably correct... but the only way to wrap lines is with the calendar printing assistant. Do you have SP2 installed? How many weeks are visible in Outlook? If you see more than the full month, click the month button. The CPA should include the full month, but there was a bug that was fixed by SP2 that didn't handle it correctly. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for tools which may do a better job - start with one of the word templates. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "JoannaOz" wrote in message ... I just found this as I am having the same problem with "wrapping" when I
print. I am not familiar with SP2. What is it? How do I get it? Thank you. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: the two column week view will not be back, it doesn't work with the overlays. Thank you so much Bob. I actually played around enough and found that and
many other updates I "guess" I needed to download. They are all on my system now. Thank you all so much for your help. That was really driving me crazy.
