appointment dates not bolded
Some of the appointments I create cause the date on the small TO-DO calendar
to be bolded. Other times, and I don't see any difference between how I create them, the dates are NOT bolded. Would appreciate any help/pointers on how to get ALL the dates bolded. There doesn't seem to be any date horizon involved as all the appointments are within the same month. I've searched the prior similar questions and posts without any luck, so any direction will be appreciated! Thanks! |

Is the time of those appointments not bolded marked as 'busy' time?

appointment dates not bolded
Hi, Vince.
No, they're not "BUSY". I use the apptmts as a reminder to pay bills or other kinds of items. This is a personal Outlook, not one where meetings etc are scheduled. I've tried the various switches mentioned in other emails without success. Would like more ideas as I have come to rely on being able to see the bolded dates. Try marking the time as 'Busy' as that may bold the date.

What did you try?
What dates are the appointments? Only 12 months are bolded - last month, this month and 10 forward. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: "JimC" wrote in message ...
