"Ask before sending a response" does not work
Outlook 2003 on Exchange server
I changed my tracking options from "Never send a response" to "Ask before sending a response" but it won't ask. I've restarted the computer. Would appreciate suggestions.

According to the setting page you were on when you changed that, the read receipt options apply only to Internet accounts. Can you explain why, when accepting meeting requests, I'm not given the options to Edit the response, Respond, or not respond? Other users do. The problem could be on either end. What type of email account do you use?
What do they use? The problem occurs on multiple Outlook 2003 computers to anyone inviting.
Both users are on the same exchange server and our spam filters only filter from outside. Oddly, I've been using a laptop with Outlook 2007, and it works fine. I'm not going to worry about it for now. I don't get that many invitations, and I'll just make a mental note to email them when the options don't appear. Thanks to all for suggestions.
