Default URGENT HELP

Dear Forumites,

I was told to log in to www.fsmail.net and I did. I get
this message:

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or
page using the credentials you supplied.

----------------------------------------------------------

If you believe you should be able to view this directory
or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-
mail address or phone number that may be listed on the
www.fsmail.net home page.

You can click Search to look for information on the
Internet.

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer

I then go back to my ISP and they tell me this:

Thank you for your email.

This problem indicates an error in your Windows software;
we suggest you contact Microsoft Technical Support. Their
website is http://www.microsoft.com/uk/support/

Alternatively, you should contact your computer vendor for
further support.

If you have any further queries then please do not
hesitate to get in contact with us again.

Kind Regards

Question, what is going on here? Who is pushing me from
pillar to post and what can I do to get access to my
messages. my box is almost full.

Please help,

IBK

Whatever the problem is, it has nothing whatsoever to do with Outlook
Express.

Who told you to "log in to www.fsmail.net" and why?
