jumping to next change
Hi. In Word 2007, when I accept a change, word takes me automatically to the
next change. Is there a way of avoiding this (i.e. when I accept a change, word does NOT jump to the next change)? This is proving to be a bit annoying. |

Click on the down-arrow below the big "Accept" icon, and there's a
choice that _doesn't_ say "Move to Next." That's the one you need. You can also right-click on that line and add the command to your QAT. Super, thanks. I knew it was a simple thing but my little brain could not
figure it out. Cheers! "grammatim" wrote: Click on the down-arrow below the big "Accept" icon, and there's a choice that _doesn't_ say "Move to Next." That's the one you need.
