Default Avoid clicking synchronize account in Outlook Express

How can I keep my news messages up to date without having to click on
synchronize account each time I want to read new news messages? Thanks!

Tools | Options | Read. Uncheck: Get XXX headers at a time.

Tools | Accounts | News | Properties | General Tab. Check: "Include this
account..............".

New posts will be downloaded when you poll for new e-mail messages, whatever
time you have that set for.

I hope you can read all of the messages and marked them as read before OE
polls for new messages. If there are new messages, some of them could be in
the messages that you have already read.
