The Power of ppt?
I'm rather curious as to the capabilities of powerpoint.
I'm quite familiar with it and have created some fantastic presentations, but I have never been aware of its full potential. My company has recently purchased a powerpoint- like application that has mini and large quizes, among other things, which are graded immediately and the resulting scores can be uploaded to one of our databases using dhtml. This also entails that the individuals have to log in with a name and employee number, which must be kept track of, as well. In the interest of saving money, does powerpoint have such a capability? If so, would this be difficult to incorporate, and would other software be necessary to do this? Thank you |

The Power of ppt?
It is possible to do things you want to do, but I wouldn't say it is
easy. Check out some examples on my Web site: http://www.loyola.edu/education/PowerfulPowerPoint/ And if you like what you see, my book will get you started in the right direction. --David -- David M. You can get it to do all manner of wondrous things using VBA, but whether that's a solution depends on: - Whether you can program in VBA, have staff to do it or budget to hire someone - Whether you will run the result on your own PCs, or those you have control over, or need to run it on any old PC any old where. -- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Featured Presenter, PowerPoint Live 2004 October 10-13, San Diego, CA www.PowerPointLive.com ================================================ |
