Compile Error
Each time I load Excel (2003) I get the Dialog message:
"Compile error in hidden module: TBRun97" Since this is a "new" installation of MS Office and no modules were imported from my old Excel (97), I think this error condition must come with the Excel (2003) package. 1. Has anyone else had this error message? 2. What are the ramifications? 3. How do I rid the application of the error? 4. If this error presents no problem, how do I suppress the dialog? |

Hi Thomas,
See : Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 272066 XL: Compile Error in Hidden Module Tbrun97.xls http://tinyurl.com/5c6r2 Which suggests that the problem relates to two add-ins which are incompatible with versions of Excel later than xl97. --- Regards, Norman "Thomas" wrote in message ... The error is coming from TextBridge, a program that comes with scanners.
Search for your XLSTART directory, and delete TBRUN.XLA or move it to another folder.
