How do you view and edit html source code in Word 2007?
Hi LED,
Word 2007 no longer includes the MS Script Editor linkage to edit HTML through the User interface. You can turn on the [ ] Confirm file format conversions at open in Office Button=Word Options=Advanced=General and then use Office Button=Open to open the .HTM file and choose 'plain text' as the file type, but as Marsoupeal mentions in his reply, you may find another HTML editor be more helpful, including using the MS Script editor as a standalone. ============ "LED" wrote in message ... can open an html document in Word OK but I need to edit the underlieing html code.
