Default Circular Reference Formula Help

I'm working with three cells:
-original $ amount
-new $ amount (original+change)
-change (new-original)

I would like to be able to enter a number in either "new $ amount" or
"change" and have the opposite one populate. On top of that, I would
like the forumla to snap back into place if the entered number is
deleted. HELP! Thanks!
