This area of the News Groups is for Access Not Word. However, for office
2003, Click Help, look down the menu items and select Show The Office
Assistant

I am not sure if they have oncluded Office Assistant in Word 2007, bery much
a bone of contention, people didn't like it popping up every few seconds.
However, it should be on the help Ribbon or the help Icon rather if it is
available?

Regards

This group is for Microsoft Access, not Microsoft Word

You need to find a discussion group for Microsoft Word

Or do a search at Microsoft's help site

And NO, they do not have the Office Assistant in Office 2007 (to the delight
of me and many others).
